Camping at Unify
All tickets permit entry into the UNIFY festival camping area from 8 am Friday.
Camp amongst friends, BYO loveable tent and make sure you take it home with you
Find your friends, find your campsite. In the lead-up to the festival, we will release a campsite map to help you plan your festival experience. All tickets permit entry into the UNIFY festival camping area from 8 am on Friday. Camp amongst friends, BYO loveable tent and make sure you take it home with you!
Camp in an area that’s a little bit quieter and alcohol-free. The Sanctuary is a reserved space for anyone that is keen to enjoy some extra shut-eye during the night, who likes to enjoy the festival in an alcohol-free space. UNIFY Gathering reserves the right to eject those disturbing the peace without readmission or refund.
This isn’t to say that the rest of the campsite isn’t a Sanctuary, this is merely an area for everyone that is keen to enjoy some extra shut-eye during the night, who like to be in an alcohol-free camping area, or who need to have an uninterrupted recharge of the body batteries before tackling the drive home on Sunday. Whatever your reason, we wanted to give you an alternative.
Want to amp up your camping experience? You better check out the pre-pitched camping options that exist in Nottingham! You’ll be greeted by the ever-friendly UNIFY reception team who will check you in and show you to your tent on arrival. The location of Nottingham camp is super close to the arena, winning! There’s no better way to enjoy the heaviest festival of the year than to experience the many benefits and amenities that Nottingham has to offer.
Camping onsite for the duration of the festival is the best way to experience UNIFY in its entirety. Showers and toilet facilities are available within the campgrounds and there is also a Corner Store for you to pick up basic supplies that you’ve forgotten to pack.
UNIFY offers daytime accessible parking facilities for all patrons as well as accessible camping facilities for those staying overnight or longer. You will need to complete the Accessible Patron Form to register before hitting the road to UNIFY. We ask that you get your form in by 10 December 2021 – this way we can set you up before you arrive at the festival grounds.
There’s no better way to enjoy the heaviest festival of the year than enjoying the many benefits and amenities Nottingham has to offer. Truly a VIP experience, all you need to do is rock up with your bags and experience the magic of pre-pitched camping.
Visit our UNIFY Crew at the Corner Store located in the camping area near the food traders. The store will be open throughout the festival for you to pick up your forgotten necessities or charge up your phone!
It’s late, you’re hungry… we get it. There will be a small selection of food traders providing late-night snacks for purchase for you and your friends. Most dietary requirements will be catered for but if you’re not sure …pick up a snack before the other vendors close.
UNIFY takes place in the amazing Australian summer months but let’s get real, it’s Victoria and anything can happen. Festival weather can be hot, dusty, windy, or perfect with a chance of a thunderstorm. Campers prepare for the forecast … and then some. Make sure you are comfortable and consider your camping gear carefully
You are creating a temporary home within a village. Get to know your neighbors and take care of your lawn. It may be a space to retreat from the festivities as well as a place to crash at night. Have fun, be respectful and take care of each other.
YOUR TENT, NOT OURS
Your tent is your home while at UNIFY. You love it while you are in it and we want you to love it after! Any tents brought into the festival must be taken back home again. Each year tens of thousands of tents end up in landfills and that is NOT COOL. Avoid buying cheap tents with the intention of tossing them after. Borrow, rent or buy a tent that can be a part of the UNIFY legacy each year.
KEEP YOUR VALUABLES SAFE
Theft can be a problem at any large event, so please do not bring anything of value to the festival other than what is absolutely necessary. All valuables remain the responsibility of the camper.
