Are tickets only available online?
Yes, tickets are only available online.
I can't find my ticket email?
If you have correctly purchased a ticket you will receive two emails:
∗ Email #1 - an order confirmation from 24HUNDRED and an
∗ Email # 2 - e-ticket from EVEY EVENTS that includes your pdf ticket with the QR code. You MUST bring the pdf e-ticket on the day to receive your event wristband.
If you do not see your order confirmation and e-ticket email in your inbox, make sure you check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find the emails, please contact - email@example.com
Does my name need to be on the ticket?
Yes. To ensure the validity of the ticket, we require your name to be on your ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure your name on your ID matches the name on your ticket.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes. Name changes can be made via the link in your e-ticket email from EVEY EVENTS.
PLEASE NOTE: when a name is changed the original ticket is cancelled and a new pdf e-ticket with the updated name will be emailed to you. If you update the name and the email address the e-ticket will be sent to the new email address.
Again, please check your junk/spam folder if you can't find the re-issued ticket.
Is camping included in my ticket?
Yes, free onsite camping is included in the ticket price.
Do I have to buy a car pass?
No. Provided all guests in a vehicle have a valid festival ticket no car pass is needed.
Are there different camping areas that need specific ticket types?
No, everyone has access to the entire campsite.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
Yes, up to 8!
Wristbands at the event?
You will be issued a wristband when you get your ticket scanned at the festival. There are no replacements for lost wristbands; the only way they can be removed is with scissors. Wristbands will not be replaced and cannot be transferred to friends.
Replacing lost tickets?
